Early Arrivals and Late Departures
If you arrive much earlier than 2.00 pm and would like to have immediate access to your room, or apartment, we recommend reserving the night prior to arrival. For late departures, reserving an additional night will guarantee the use of your room until you leave the Motel. If you choose not to reserve the additional night, we will store your luggage until it can be collected.

Prepayment and Guarantee
All reservations are prepaid or guaranteed with a major credit card upon confirmation. The amount charged to your credit card is the total accommodation cost for the period reserved, including GST.

General Off Peak Cancellation Policy 
If cancellation is advised 24 hours or more prior to arrival date, there will be no cancellation fee charged. A cancellation fee will apply if cancellation is within 24 hours of arrival date. The fee will be equivalent to one night’s accommodation on the tariff for the room booked.
Reservation Changes
Requests for changes to the length of reservation, dates or Suite types are subject to availability and may result in a rate change.
If the change cannot be accommodated and results in a cancellation, normal cancellation and refund policies apply.
The Motel reserves the right to apply an administration fee if the change is made outside of the time requirement and/or directly or indirectly results in lost revenue.

PEAK PERIOD: Peak period is from the start of the Christmas School Holidays until the end of January each year as well as Easter and Sporting Event Weekends.
PEAK PERIOD BOOKING POLICY: All bookings made for these periods will require a deposit at time of booking.  The deposit will be equal to One Night’s Accommodation per room booked.
PEAK PERIOD CANCELLATION POLICY: There is a minimum of 14 days notice of cancellation per room per booking.
Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival date will incur a cancellation fee equivalent one night’s accommodation per room per booking, therefore, No refund of deposit can be given.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the date of arrival will be charged the full amount of stay. This also applies to non-arrivals.

Priority Guest:
If you decide to become a regular guest to this motel special conditions and rates will be put in place to enhance your regular stays.
We have three levels of corporate guest rooms

  1. Prestige - 55cm wall mounted Smart TV with Netflix login
  2. Superior - 40 cm wall mounted Hi-definition TV 
  3. Executive - 40 cm wall mounted Hi-definition TV 

The rooms are designed foremost offering working desks with balanced lighting, high-speed NBN internet connection either cable for VPN connection or Wi-Fi for smartphone and tablet connection.
Many more inclusions are included in the package which is shown in the Priority Guest tab at the top of all web pages.

No Smoking Policy 
Smoking is not permitted within the motel except for two designated areas. If there is evidence that smoking has occurred in the room a cleaning fee of up to $250.00 will be charged against your credit card.
 
Pets Policy 
For the comfort of all guests, we do not permit pets in the motel rooms or any area within the motel. If pets or evidence of pets is found in the rooms, an additional cleaning fee up to the value of $250 will be charged against your credit card to cover costs of fumigation and cleaning.

Seeing Eye Dogs
Adjoining our Special Facilities room is there is an area provided for allocating Seeing Eye Dogs.

Police Dogs in Emergencies
Provision will be made in the Seeing Eye Dog enclosure.
